Abstract |
We have designed and fabricated a 220V @ 60Hz AC non contact detection for AC power line detector using 180nm megna BCDMOS technology. AC line detector is composed of a 60Hz band pass filter, fixed gain amplifier, comparator and current generator. The 220V AC power line detector with non-contact is designed and fabricated by BCDMOS process. As of the measurement results, maximum detection range of the AC power line detector and differential gain are 30 cm and 20 dB, respectively. The total power consumption is 3mA at 3.3 V coin battery |
