Abstract |
Recently, Korean railways are adding a new of high-speed trains. Harmonics generated by the train may increase harmonics of feeder and incoming facilities, which can affect overheating, increased loss, and life reduction. To reduce harmonics, the harmonics of the current facilty must be measured. However, it is difficult to measure due to time and safety issues. This paper presents a method to analyze the voltage harmonics generated at the feeder and incoming using the current harmonics generated by the train. Accordingly, voltage harmonics may be identified at a corresponding position without measuring the input supplier. To verify the validity of the proposed technique, it was modeled using PSCAD/EMTED and simulated and calculated values were compared |
