Abstract |
The MEH wireless earth leakage overheating alarm was developed to prevent electric shock and fire accidents in a switchgear. First, the MEH induction coil was designed based on the theoretical background and the output characteristics of the MEH induction coil were numerically analyzed. Also a prototype MEH wireless earth leakage overheating alarm was fabricated and the minimum operating current temperature accuracy and leakage current performance in non-operation or operating mode were confirmed through test. The MEH wireless earth leakage overheating alarm developed through this study can be utilized for IoT-based electrical safety diagnosis to prevent electric shock and fire in power facilities. |
